Our dumpster allows for a standard weight limit of 4 tons of material.
*Exceeding the weight limit will result in an overweight fee.

Flammable, toxic or otherwise hazardous materials are not allowed in our dumpsters.

You’ll only need to acquire a dumpster permit if you intend to have your container dropped off on a street or other public property.

Payments
We require payment to be made before the dumpster is dropped off.
Any overage charges will be charged to your card after pick up, unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive the receipt.
Contractors with approved accounts will not be billed until after their scheduled pick up.
Refunds / Cancellations:
Once a rental has been dropped off, there will be no refund or cancellation.
If you need to cancel, a 100% refund will be given as long as you provide 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hour will result in a non-refundable drop off fee of $150.
There are NO hidden charges. All dumpster rentals have two charges, your initial rental fee prior to drop-off and disposal fees after pickup.

Step 1 – Schedule Your Rental

Step 2 – Prepare for Delivery
You don’t need to be there for drop-off, but please open any entry gates to your property and clear any potential obstacles around the area in advance.
Step 3 – Fill Your Dumpster
There is a weight limit of 4 tons. Ideally we don’t encourage overfill, but if you do, you will be charged an overweight fee.
Step 4 – Prepare for Pick up
Properly prepare for pick up to avoid any fees.
1. Close the dumpster door securely.
2. Make sure all debris is contained inside the dumpster.
3. Double-check that there are no prohibited items in the dumpster.
4. Ensure the dumpster is accessible to our vehicle all day on your pick up date.
Step 5 – We Haul it Away
We will haul it away on your selected pick up date.

If you would like to extend your rental period, please give us 24 hours’ notice, there is an additional fee of $15 / day.

Typically, our dumpster rentals are for 3 days. We provide flexible rental terms whether you need them for short or long periods of time.
Our curbside pickup is a great choice for you if your junk or trash is sorted outside or in an easily accessible area!
Here is hows it works:
1) You schedule a curbside pickup, and have your items by the curb and ready to be picked up.
2) We bring our dumpster to you.
3) We will load up your items and haul your trash away.
Dumpsters Dawgs can normally deliver your dumpster rental within 24 hours to the neighborhoods we service.
In some cases, we can even deliver it the same day!
Roll-off Dumpsters can be placed wherever the customer requests, provided it does not create a safety hazard.
Lawn placements are permitted however we cannot take responsibility for damage that may arise from the vehicle or equipment to the area.
Please take a look overhead for power lines as this will cause an issue with placement.
The placement must comply with local regulations and may require a permit, which means additional costs will apply.
No, as long as the container is paid for and the area is accessible, no one needs to be at the delivery/pickup location.
If you will not be there, let us know where you would like the dumpster placed and we will do our best!
*Please note that if we come to pick up the dumpster and it is blocked in, you could be be charged additional fees.
